The Third Chef only made one physical appearance in one of the early beta trailers for Little Nightmares, then known as Hunger. His have appears to consist of a smile resembling that of a smirk, and he appears to have an abnormally large chin.
He appears to be a giant grotesque humanoid who wears a tall chefs hat, apron, and other chef-related attire. The Third Chef appears to look similar to his twin counterparts.
